There wasn't breakfast lunch and dinner in the Middle Ages. The first meal of the day, breakfast, was eaten right at dawn, when people got up for work. Fruit and vegetables were eaten at breakfast. After a morning's work, the first main meal was eaten. This meal was called dinner. At dinner, people ate meat, fruits, and vegetables. After a long day of hard work, supper was eaten. Supper was the last meal of the day. All kinds of meat, fruits, vegetables and stews were eaten to make up for the hard day at work. After supper, entertainment started and people dance to music and talked with friends and family.
